Perdipine® Injection

Category :

Anti-Hypertensive

Generic Name :

Nicardipine Hydrochloride

Formulation :

Each mL contains: Nicardipine HCl 1 mg

Indication :

For Emergency treatment of Peri-operatve hypertension and Hypertensive emergencies.


Dosage :

Emergency treatment of acute hypertensive crisis during surgery: 2-10 mcg/kg/min by IV drip infusion until desired BP value is reached & adjusted thereafter with monitoring to maintain BP. For rapid BP reduction, administer intact at a dose of 10-30 mcg/kg by IV inj.
Hypertensive emergencies: 0.5-6 mcg/kg/min by IV drip infusion at a rate of 0.5 mcg/kg/min until desired BP value is reached & adjusted thereafter w/ monitoring to maintain BP.


Contraindication :

Nicardipine is contraindicated in patients with:

  • suspected incomplete hemostasis following intracranial hemorrhage;
  • elevated intracranial pressure at acute stage of cerebral stroke.

Nasea® Injection / Nasea® OD

Category :

Anti-emetic

Generic Name :

Ramosetron hydrochloride

Formulation :

Each mL contains:
Ramosetron hydrochloride 150mcg

Each tablet contains:
Ramosetron hydrochloride 100mcg


Indication :

Gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea and vomiting) associated with anticancer drug therapy (e.g. cisplatin).
For management of post-operative nausea and vomiting.


Dosage :

Nasea Injection
The usual adult dosage for intravenous use is 300 mcg of Ramosetron hydrochloride once a day, or as prescribed by a physician. Dosage may be adjusted depending on the patient's age and symptoms. If a sufficient response is not achieved, an additional 300mcg dose may be given. However, the daily dosage should not exceed 600 mcg.

Nasea OD
The usual adult dosage for oral administration is 100 mcg Ramosetron hydrochloride once daily, or as prescribed by a physician. Dosage may be adjusted depending on patient’s age and symptoms.


Contraindication :

Patients with known hypersensitivity to this drug or any of its component.

Nasea® OD Tablet

 

 

 

 

Indication :

Indication :

For prophylaxis of organ rejection in patients receiving allogeneic liver or kidney transplants

Vesicare®

Category :

Overactive bladder (OAB)

Generic Name :

Solifenacin succinate

Formulation :

Each tablet contains:
Solifenacin succinate 5mg or
Solifenacin succinate 10mg

Indication :

Symptomatic treatment of urge incontinence and/or increased urinary frequency and urgency as may occur in patients with overactive bladder syndrome.


Dosage :

The recommended dose is 5 mg solifenacin succinate once daily.
If needed, the dose may be increased to 10 mg solifenacin succinate once daily.


Contraindication :

Solifenacin succinate is contraindicated in

  • patients with urinary retention,
  • patients with uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma
  • patients who have demonstrated hypersensitivity to the drug substance or other components of the product.

Category :

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)

Generic Name :

Tamsulosin hydrochloride

Formulation :

Each tablet contains:
Tamsulosin hydrochloride 200mcg or
Tamsulosin hydrochloride 400mcg

Indication :

200mcg - Bladder outlet obstruction associated with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
400mcg - For Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) associated with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)


Dosage :

Harnal D
The recommended adult oral dosage is 200 mcg of tamsulosin hydrochloride once daily after meals.

Harnal OCAS
One tablet daily or as prescribed by the physician.
Can be taken independently of food.
The tablet must be swallowed whole and not be crunched or chewed as this interferes with the prolonged release of the active substance.


Contraindication :

Patients with known hypersensitivity to this drug or any of its components

Mycamine®

Category :

Systemic antifungal

Generic Name :

Micafungin sodium

Formulation :

Each vial contains 50 mg micafungin (as sodium)
After reconstitution, each mL contains 10mg micafungin (as sodium)

Indication :

Mycamine is indicated for:

  • Treatment of Invasive Candidiasis
  • Treatment of Esophageal Candidiasis
  • Prevention of Candida and Aspergillus infections in patients undergoing haematopoietic stem cell transplantation who are expected to be neutropenic for 10 or more days

Dosage :

Treatment with Mycamine should be initiated by a physician experienced in the management of fungal infections.
The dose regimen of Mycamine depends on the body weight of the patient


Contraindication :

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
